Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage key customer accounts and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring achievement of desired goals
  • Educate customers on best practices and new features to maximize product value
  • Manage and execute the end-to-end renewal process for assigned customers
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
  • Proven success in achieving net revenue retention and customer adoption metrics
  • Experience managing multiple priorities across a multi-product portfolio
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record software and the social services sector is a plus
