Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage key customer accounts and drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring achievement of desired goals
- Educate customers on best practices and new features to maximize product value
- Manage and execute the end-to-end renewal process for assigned customers
Required Qualifications:
- 2-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
- Proven success in achieving net revenue retention and customer adoption metrics
- Experience managing multiple priorities across a multi-product portfolio
- Salesforce or other CRM experience
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record software and the social services sector is a plus
