Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive customer adoption and satisfaction through technical guidance and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth setup and integration
- Provide hands-on assistance and consultative guidance to help customers leverage the platform effectively
- Monitor customer usage and performance metrics, proactively addressing potential issues to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Customer Success experience in a hyper-growth environment
- 1+ years of experience in Blockchain
- Experience working at a start-up
- Ability to manage a variety of customer relationships throughout the lifecycle
- Experience with technical products and an aptitude for learning complex concepts
