Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive customer adoption and satisfaction through technical guidance and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth setup and integration
  • Provide hands-on assistance and consultative guidance to help customers leverage the platform effectively
  • Monitor customer usage and performance metrics, proactively addressing potential issues to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Customer Success experience in a hyper-growth environment
  • 1+ years of experience in Blockchain
  • Experience working at a start-up
  • Ability to manage a variety of customer relationships throughout the lifecycle
  • Experience with technical products and an aptitude for learning complex concepts
