Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will take full ownership of the post-sale journey and ensure every customer achieves real, measurable success.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide onboarding, accelerate adoption, and improve workflows for customers
- Drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales
- Manage account health, address risks, and communicate updates effectively with customers
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of Customer Success or Post Sales experience in B2B SaaS
- Preferred experience in insurance, insurtech, MGA, MGU, carrier, or brokerage
- Ability to manage complex onboarding processes, including CSV and API integrations
- Proven track record of driving renewals and expansion independently
- Experience with systems like AMS, PAS, ERP, or CRM
