Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will take full ownership of the post-sale journey and ensure every customer achieves real, measurable success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide onboarding, accelerate adoption, and improve workflows for customers
  • Drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales
  • Manage account health, address risks, and communicate updates effectively with customers
Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 7 years of Customer Success or Post Sales experience in B2B SaaS
  • Preferred experience in insurance, insurtech, MGA, MGU, carrier, or brokerage
  • Ability to manage complex onboarding processes, including CSV and API integrations
  • Proven track record of driving renewals and expansion independently
  • Experience with systems like AMS, PAS, ERP, or CRM
