Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II who will focus on building and maintaining customer relationships while enhancing website performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts and provide monthly product review reporting and optimization recommendations
  • Analyze and review customers' digital performance and complete website edits while troubleshooting issues
  • Communicate strategy and KPIs to cross-functional teams and assist in driving customer retention and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • 2+ years of account management and/or dealership experience
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
