Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) (US Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand clients' business objectives and provide expert guidance to help them achieve their goals
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients and identify needs for additional services
Required Qualifications
- Must be in the US and willing to work remotely
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales
- Ability to quickly grasp compliance frameworks and a strong willingness to learn
- Experience with SaaS products and knowledge of CRM software preferred
