Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understand clients' business objectives and provide expert guidance to help them achieve their goals
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients and identify needs for additional services
Required Qualifications
  • Must be in the US and willing to work remotely
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales
  • Ability to quickly grasp compliance frameworks and a strong willingness to learn
  • Experience with SaaS products and knowledge of CRM software preferred
