Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure clients receive exceptional support and effectively utilize cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-onboarding, ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing support
  • Manage incident response by triaging client problems and coordinating timely resolutions

Required Qualifications
  • U.S. citizenship
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments
  • Familiarity with government contracting or regulatory compliance
