Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure clients receive exceptional support and effectively utilize cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-onboarding, ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing support
- Manage incident response by triaging client problems and coordinating timely resolutions
- Build strong client relationships to understand their business needs and drive security maturity
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and achieve high customer satisfaction
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments
- Familiarity with government contracting or regulatory compliance
