Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Americas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding calls and outline plans with key stakeholders
  • Assist customers in planning and implementing their messaging goals
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up with customers post-onboarding
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager for technical products
  • Fluency in French, Russian, and/or Spanish is prioritized
  • Must be located in a PST time zone and available to work standard PST hours
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS company
  • Ability to communicate effectively with software developers in a technical capacity
