Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding calls and outline plans with key stakeholders
- Assist customers in planning and implementing their messaging goals
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up with customers post-onboarding
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager for technical products
- Fluency in French, Russian, and/or Spanish is prioritized
- Must be located in a PST time zone and available to work standard PST hours
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS company
- Ability to communicate effectively with software developers in a technical capacity
