Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success to lead and develop a team focused on customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve their goals
  • Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts, fostering deep customer relationships and providing support
  • Oversee the renewal process and drive net revenue retention targets through upsell and expansion strategies
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in leading teams through change in a mission-driven environment
  • Experience with renewal, add-on, and upsell strategies to achieve retention and revenue goals
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM for data tracking and decision-making
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record software and the social services sector is a plus
