Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Partner-focused Customer Success Strategy to enhance product adoption and customer renewal
- Build and maintain relationships with partners to ensure effective delivery of Customer Success offerings
- Track execution and report on activities, risks, and outcomes while collaborating cross-functionally with sales teams
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Channel Management, or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Technical knowledge of Cybersecurity products; familiarity with Proofpoint products is advantageous
- Experience in a partner-led or reseller-driven go-to-market model
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting product usage data and customer health signals
- Ability to build trust with partners and executive-level customer stakeholders
