Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients across Southeast Asia and the Middle East
- Ensure successful onboarding of new clients and drive feature adoption through strategic guidance
- Analyze customer product usage to identify opportunities and risks, while maintaining regular contact and advocating for customer feedback
Required Qualifications
- Passion for tech with experience in SaaS products and APIs
- Strong technical knowledge in areas such as SaaS, Mobile, Marketing Automation, or Analytics
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles
- Ability to manage a portfolio of 20+ accounts effectively
- Empathetic attitude with a flexible approach to change
