Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients across Southeast Asia and the Middle East
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new clients and drive feature adoption through strategic guidance
  • Analyze customer product usage to identify opportunities and risks, while maintaining regular contact and advocating for customer feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Passion for tech with experience in SaaS products and APIs
  • Strong technical knowledge in areas such as SaaS, Mobile, Marketing Automation, or Analytics
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of 20+ accounts effectively
  • Empathetic attitude with a flexible approach to change
