Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer onboarding and ensure alignment with their IT objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer needs, driving product adoption and identifying expansion opportunities
- Monitor customer health and proactively resolve issues while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience at a SaaS company
- Technical acumen in IT fields such as User Access Management and security preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Learning mindset with a curiosity to understand customer needs and solutions
