Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee customer onboarding and ensure alignment with their IT objectives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer needs, driving product adoption and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Monitor customer health and proactively resolve issues while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience at a SaaS company
  • Technical acumen in IT fields such as User Access Management and security preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Learning mindset with a curiosity to understand customer needs and solutions
