Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mid Market Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic success plans for mid-market customers, aligning usage with their business goals
- Manage the entire post-sale customer lifecycle, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and retention
- Achieve and exceed quarterly targets for customer retention, renewal rates, and Customer Satisfaction/Net Promoter Score
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Revenue Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to manage a portfolio of mid-market clients with autonomy and commercial responsibility
- Demonstrated executive presence and communication abilities to build trusted advisor relationships
- Experience in navigating complex customer organizational structures to engage key stakeholders
- Familiarity with the SaaS customer lifecycle
