Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid Market Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic success plans for mid-market customers, aligning usage with their business goals
  • Manage the entire post-sale customer lifecycle, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and retention
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly targets for customer retention, renewal rates, and Customer Satisfaction/Net Promoter Score


Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Revenue Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of mid-market clients with autonomy and commercial responsibility
  • Demonstrated executive presence and communication abilities to build trusted advisor relationships
  • Experience in navigating complex customer organizational structures to engage key stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the SaaS customer lifecycle
