Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage customer relationships and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and nurture customer relationships as the primary point of contact
  • Drive revenue retention by managing an assigned book of business and identifying churn risks
  • Increase product adoption and identify expansion opportunities through collaboration with sales and account teams
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years in a customer success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Business acumen to translate customer needs into data and product requirements
  • Basic understanding of APIs/Web Services and technology user workflows
  • Strong skills in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, Google Suite, and Excel
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in an agile environment
