Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage customer relationships and drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and nurture customer relationships as the primary point of contact
- Drive revenue retention by managing an assigned book of business and identifying churn risks
- Increase product adoption and identify expansion opportunities through collaboration with sales and account teams
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in a customer success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Business acumen to translate customer needs into data and product requirements
- Basic understanding of APIs/Web Services and technology user workflows
- Strong skills in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, Google Suite, and Excel
- Self-motivated and adaptable in an agile environment
