Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Graduate Test Prep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of institutional partners and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Support the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and renewal
  • Monitor customer engagement data and prepare customized reports on program outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or student services
  • Direct experience working with colleges or universities is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve outcomes
  • Flexibility to support both graduate and K-12 test prep programs as needed
