Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Graduate Test Prep.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of institutional partners and serve as the primary point of contact
- Support the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and renewal
- Monitor customer engagement data and prepare customized reports on program outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or student services
- Direct experience working with colleges or universities is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve outcomes
- Flexibility to support both graduate and K-12 test prep programs as needed
