Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Customer Success function, including strategy and performance metrics
- Hire, develop, and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers, focusing on customer onboarding and retention
- Build scalable systems across the customer journey, leveraging automation and data insights
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or related fields in SaaS or EdTech
- Direct teaching or early childhood education experience or strong knowledge of early childhood programs
- Experience building or scaling a Customer Success team, including hiring and coaching
- Strong understanding of subscription metrics and customer engagement analytics
- Proactive leadership style with a willingness to operate hands-on in a fast-paced environment
