Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the Customer Success function, including strategy and performance metrics
  • Hire, develop, and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers, focusing on customer onboarding and retention
  • Build scalable systems across the customer journey, leveraging automation and data insights
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or related fields in SaaS or EdTech
  • Direct teaching or early childhood education experience or strong knowledge of early childhood programs
  • Experience building or scaling a Customer Success team, including hiring and coaching
  • Strong understanding of subscription metrics and customer engagement analytics
  • Proactive leadership style with a willingness to operate hands-on in a fast-paced environment
