Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success, Central (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a customer-centric team, setting performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching
- Achieve customer retention and sales goals through strategic planning and proactive engagement
- Oversee customer relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners to meet customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success or account management roles; bachelor's degree preferred or minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Prior leadership experience in managing initiatives, projects, or teams
- Results-driven mentality with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
- Experience with eLearning and online digital solutions/platforms preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to grasp technical concepts
