Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success, Central (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a customer-centric team, setting performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching
  • Achieve customer retention and sales goals through strategic planning and proactive engagement
  • Oversee customer relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners to meet customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer success or account management roles; bachelor's degree preferred or minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Prior leadership experience in managing initiatives, projects, or teams
  • Results-driven mentality with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
  • Experience with eLearning and online digital solutions/platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to grasp technical concepts
