Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for SMB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by promoting adoption of industry-leading solutions and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and maintain accurate records of interactions
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS Customer Success role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
  • Solid business acumen and executive presence, especially with SMB owners and senior leaders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in Transportation and Logistics is preferred, but not required
