Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for SMB.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by promoting adoption of industry-leading solutions and identifying expansion opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and maintain accurate records of interactions
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS Customer Success role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- Solid business acumen and executive presence, especially with SMB owners and senior leaders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Transportation and Logistics is preferred, but not required
