Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Data Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult customers on best practices to utilize G2's data effectively
  • Build strong relationships to influence upsell opportunities and develop partnerships
  • Track customer progress on goals and collaborate with Account Managers to expand and retain business


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or relevant customer-facing SaaS roles
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue goals
  • Experience in project management and process-oriented work
  • Detail-oriented with evidence of implementing organizational systems
  • Experience with Snowflake, API configurations, BI Tools, or SQL is a plus
