Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee their Customer Success Team in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to align customer success goals with business objectives
  • Design and execute strategies to enhance user adoption, engagement, and retention
  • Manage key accounts and at-risk customers to strengthen relationships and maximize renewals
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related SaaS role
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • A degree or diploma relevant to the organization is considered an asset
  • Experience in sales is a plus
  • Ability to manage global teams and complex projects effectively
