Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee their Customer Success Team in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to align customer success goals with business objectives
- Design and execute strategies to enhance user adoption, engagement, and retention
- Manage key accounts and at-risk customers to strengthen relationships and maximize renewals
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related SaaS role
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- A degree or diploma relevant to the organization is considered an asset
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Ability to manage global teams and complex projects effectively
