Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success (player/coach role).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients while driving measurable client value and retention
  • Mentor and develop Customer Success team members through coaching and skill-building sessions
  • Collaborate with internal resources to align client needs and develop engagement plans for desired outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in a Player/Coach or Team Lead capacity
  • Proven track record of successful renewal outcomes and managing strategic client relationships
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training team members
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and other CRM systems
