Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption and retention for its clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing customer engagement
  • Conduct Customer Account Reviews (CARs) and share insights and recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • Comfort working with customer data, health metrics, and feedback
  • Customer-first mindset with strong follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
