Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing, or a technical degree with relevant experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing, customer success role

  • Knowledge of customer experience best practices and methodologies
