Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (USA Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships for a portfolio of accounts to ensure customer success, satisfaction, and retention
  • Understand customer business needs and objectives to drive product adoption and upsell opportunities
  • Execute strategic plans for customer base expansion and collaborate with teams to achieve renewal and growth targets
Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or in sales
  • Experience in SaaS or EdTech preferred
  • Results-driven self-starter
  • Demonstrated sales and objection handling skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
