Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (USA Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships for a portfolio of accounts to ensure customer success, satisfaction, and retention
- Understand customer business needs and objectives to drive product adoption and upsell opportunities
- Execute strategic plans for customer base expansion and collaborate with teams to achieve renewal and growth targets
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or in sales
- Experience in SaaS or EdTech preferred
- Results-driven self-starter
- Demonstrated sales and objection handling skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
