Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (USA Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships for a portfolio of accounts to ensure customer success, satisfaction, and retention
  • Execute strategic plans to expand the customer base within existing accounts and achieve renewal and growth targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze customer data, identify growth opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of related work experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or in sales
  • SaaS or EdTech background preferred
  • Results-driven self-starter
  • Demonstrated sales and objection handling skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
