Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition from sales to active usage
  • Drive product value through tailored onboarding and adoption strategies
  • Monitor usage metrics and identify expansion opportunities within customer accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS Consulting roles
  • Ability to manage at-risk accounts and drive software adoption
  • Understanding of NetSuite, Salesforce, or productivity tools is a plus
