Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition from sales to active usage
- Drive product value through tailored onboarding and adoption strategies
- Monitor usage metrics and identify expansion opportunities within customer accounts
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS Consulting roles
- Ability to manage at-risk accounts and drive software adoption
- Understanding of NetSuite, Salesforce, or productivity tools is a plus
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
