Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Commercial.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical onboarding process for new customers and formulate onboarding plans
- Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and work with sales teams to minimize churn and identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure effective training and timely issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success or Technical Account Management
- Relevant domain knowledge in areas like Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, or AppSec
- Ability to take ownership of customer portfolios and make strategic decisions autonomously
