Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Remote/LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and manage requests
  • Process RFQ revisions, edit pricing, and upload quotes as needed
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and guide customers on product usage
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer-facing support
  • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships
  • Technical aptitude and comfort with learning platforms
  • Experience managing multiple customer accounts or requests simultaneously
  • Ability to work US business hours from Latin America
