Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and manage requests
- Process RFQ revisions, edit pricing, and upload quotes as needed
- Troubleshoot platform issues and guide customers on product usage
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer-facing support
- Proven track record of building strong customer relationships
- Technical aptitude and comfort with learning platforms
- Experience managing multiple customer accounts or requests simultaneously
- Ability to work US business hours from Latin America
