Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive successful outcomes for Mission Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Playbook modules focused on Mission Partner engagement and compliance
- Engage Mission Partners to ensure alignment with project objectives and success criteria
- Assist with strategic Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives to drive adoption and transformation
Required Qualifications
- Education: BA/BS degree in a related field
- Experience: 10+ years of project/program management experience, preferably within DoD or similar environments
- Certifications: PMP required; Agile Scrum certification preferred
- Strong understanding of business analysis, OCM, and IT project management principles
- Active Top Secret clearance
