Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee customer retention and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted partner by conducting regular business reviews and demonstrating the value delivered to clients
- Become a subject matter expert on client business objectives and ensure a balance between customer satisfaction and business value
- Monitor account renewals and proactively secure renewals while identifying opportunities for upselling products and services
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years in a customer-facing role such as account management or sales
- Experience in a highly regulated market (e.g., Fintech, Insurance, Retail)
- Knowledge of digital identity and authentication preferred
- Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or fast-growing startups is required
- Track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
