Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee customer retention and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted partner by conducting regular business reviews and demonstrating the value delivered to clients
  • Become a subject matter expert on client business objectives and ensure a balance between customer satisfaction and business value
  • Monitor account renewals and proactively secure renewals while identifying opportunities for upselling products and services
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years in a customer-facing role such as account management or sales
  • Experience in a highly regulated market (e.g., Fintech, Insurance, Retail)
  • Knowledge of digital identity and authentication preferred
  • Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or fast-growing startups is required
  • Track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
