Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will grow and manage critical customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer experience, ensuring engagement, adoption, retention, and growth
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing tailored applications of Antenna data
- Collaborate with the commercial team to manage customer health and execute growth strategies
Required Qualifications
- Strong track record in customer success or account management roles, preferably in a high-growth startup
- Experience managing a large book of business and exceeding retention quotas
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Fascination with the subscriber economy and relationships across the ecosystem is a bonus
- Experience with viewership data is a bonus
