Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will grow and manage critical customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the customer experience, ensuring engagement, adoption, retention, and growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing tailored applications of Antenna data
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to manage customer health and execute growth strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Strong track record in customer success or account management roles, preferably in a high-growth startup
  • Experience managing a large book of business and exceeding retention quotas
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Fascination with the subscriber economy and relationships across the ecosystem is a bonus
  • Experience with viewership data is a bonus
