Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a book of enterprise customers, acting as their primary point of contact post-sale
- Drive renewals, retention, and expansion across onchain data products
- Proactively manage customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sales roles within B2B SaaS
- Experience supporting or selling technical or data products to sophisticated customers
- Proven track record in managing commercial outcomes such as renewals and upsells
- Familiarity with crypto, blockchain, or financial data is preferred
- Ability to engage confidently with technical stakeholders
