Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a book of enterprise customers, acting as their primary point of contact post-sale
  • Drive renewals, retention, and expansion across onchain data products
  • Proactively manage customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sales roles within B2B SaaS
  • Experience supporting or selling technical or data products to sophisticated customers
  • Proven track record in managing commercial outcomes such as renewals and upsells
  • Familiarity with crypto, blockchain, or financial data is preferred
  • Ability to engage confidently with technical stakeholders
