Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Key Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for customer relationship management and product adoption
  • Ensure successful onboarding and fulfillment of services throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor client engagement and identify growth opportunities while managing multiple projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
  • 8-10+ years' experience in a customer-facing account or vendor management role in healthcare
  • Strong project management skills, with CAPM/PMP certification preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
