Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Key Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for customer relationship management and product adoption
- Ensure successful onboarding and fulfillment of services throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor client engagement and identify growth opportunities while managing multiple projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
- 8-10+ years' experience in a customer-facing account or vendor management role in healthcare
- Strong project management skills, with CAPM/PMP certification preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Ability to travel as needed
