Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager responsible for managing customer accounts to ensure successful outcomes with subscription and services contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets for contracts and subscriptions within assigned accounts
  • Utilize customer data to execute onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal strategies
  • Communicate value delivered to customers through regular reviews and collaboration with sales and delivery teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
  • 5 or more years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a commercial or technical capacity
  • Understanding of customer buying behaviors and services offerings
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams
