Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager responsible for managing customer accounts to ensure successful outcomes with subscription and services contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets for contracts and subscriptions within assigned accounts
- Utilize customer data to execute onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal strategies
- Communicate value delivered to customers through regular reviews and collaboration with sales and delivery teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- 5 or more years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a commercial or technical capacity
- Understanding of customer buying behaviors and services offerings
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams
