Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage customer accounts and ensure successful adoption of services and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets and contracts for a portfolio of accounts
  • Utilize customer data to execute onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal processes
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to enhance customer experience and provide feedback on service offerings
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
  • 5 or more years of experience in a commercial and/or technical capacity with customers
  • Understanding of customer buying behaviors and services offerings
  • Experience with customer success methodologies, such as TSIA's Customer Success LAER model
