Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related discipline preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as onboarding or account management
- Experience using platforms such as Salesforce, ZenDesk, or Jira
- Ability to quickly understand technical products and explain concepts to non-technical audiences
- Active team player with the ability to adjust priorities to ensure client satisfaction
