Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II who will focus on building and maintaining customer relationships as a website performance specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and provide monthly product reviews and optimization recommendations
- Analyze digital performance, complete website edits, and troubleshoot customer issues
- Communicate strategies and KPIs to cross-functional teams while assisting in customer retention efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Google Analytics Certified
- 2+ years of account management and/or dealership experience
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
