Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale handoff and ensure sellers are onboarded, trained, and operationally ready for successful auctions
- Educate sellers on Marketplace workflows and best practices to ensure repeat success
- Manage day-to-day communication and support for a portfolio of Marketplace sellers, monitoring engagement and auction activity
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer success or account management
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple seller relationships
- Self-driven and proactive with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
