Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the post-sale handoff and ensure sellers are onboarded, trained, and operationally ready for successful auctions
  • Educate sellers on Marketplace workflows and best practices to ensure repeat success
  • Manage day-to-day communication and support for a portfolio of Marketplace sellers, monitoring engagement and auction activity
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer success or account management
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple seller relationships
  • Self-driven and proactive with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
