Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with EMEA customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a customer portfolio, driving success and prioritizing impactful efforts
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and maintain consistent communication to enhance product adoption and retention
  • Identify trends and create scalable playbooks to address customer needs and improve internal processes
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience managing customer relationships in a technical software environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Experience with Customer Success platforms like Gainsight or ChurnZero
  • Strong passion for technology and serving a technically adept audience
  • Experience in a technical role, such as a SysAdmin, is a plus
