Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with EMEA customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for a customer portfolio, driving success and prioritizing impactful efforts
- Develop a deep understanding of products and maintain consistent communication to enhance product adoption and retention
- Identify trends and create scalable playbooks to address customer needs and improve internal processes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing customer relationships in a technical software environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Experience with Customer Success platforms like Gainsight or ChurnZero
- Strong passion for technology and serving a technically adept audience
- Experience in a technical role, such as a SysAdmin, is a plus
