Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a digital marketing Account Management team to enhance client satisfaction and account growth
- Implement retention and growth strategies while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored client solutions and track performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing high-performing customer success teams
- 5+ years of account and client management experience with a proven track record of retention and growth
- 5+ years of experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft or Google Office Suite
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Digital marketing experience is preferred but not required
