Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help municipalities and haulers leverage digital communication and fleet management software for solid waste management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage approximately 100 customers, ensuring their success and subscription renewals
- Consult with customers on best practices and recommend strategies to optimize their use of solutions
- Analyze customer data to provide insights and motivate implementation of recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in Customer Success or the waste management sector
- Prior Customer Success experience is preferred
- Knowledge of waste management industry practices is desired
- Experience in a SaaS industry is beneficial
- Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities
