Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help municipalities and haulers leverage digital communication and fleet management software for solid waste management operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage approximately 100 customers, ensuring their success and subscription renewals
  • Consult with customers on best practices and recommend strategies to optimize their use of solutions
  • Analyze customer data to provide insights and motivate implementation of recommendations


Required Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in Customer Success or the waste management sector
  • Prior Customer Success experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of waste management industry practices is desired
  • Experience in a SaaS industry is beneficial
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities
