Key Responsibilities
  • Guide data teams toward improved collaboration and governance in metadata management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, including Fortune 500 companies and startups, to enhance their data-driven success
  • Drive customer ROI through effective onboarding, training, and support
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Customer Success or Client Consulting roles focused on data/technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of the data ecosystem and technologies such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and Tableau
  • Ability to translate customer needs into actionable insights and product improvements
  • Experience in driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and compliance frameworks is a plus
