Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (USA Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer retention and growth by securing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
- Drive adoption and outcomes through success plans and data-driven business reviews
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across educational institutions to strengthen advocacy
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role within SaaS or EdTech
- Proven track record of meeting renewal, upsell, and customer satisfaction targets
- Strong ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships within higher education
- Deep understanding of the education technology landscape and challenges in teaching and learning
- Proficiency with CRM and Customer Success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Totango)
