Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, ensuring alignment on objectives
- Conduct regular business reviews to track KPIs and identify growth opportunities
- Plan and execute user training sessions to drive adoption and engagement of the platform
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services for an Enterprise SaaS company
- Experience in Life Sciences, particularly in Medical Affairs or Clinical settings, is a plus
- Proven experience in project management of high-priority and complex accounts
