Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success to lead their customer success organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers and Account Managers
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to ensure customer retention, adoption, and satisfaction
  • Build and implement Customer Success playbooks, metrics, and dashboards to drive operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a management position
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity, DevOps, or infrastructure software
  • Proven track record of driving renewals, expansion, and customer retention metrics
  • Experience building dashboards and Customer Success processes from the ground up
  • A strong customer advocate with a passion for building relationships and delivering value
