Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager with Ad Tech experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand each publisher's business, KPIs, and industry needs
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to build relationships and ensure performance strategies are met
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing support and optimization ideas
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
  • Experience in the AdTech industry and understanding of programmatic advertising, particularly header bidding
  • Familiarity with Google products, including Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics
  • Experience with CRM and project management systems such as Salesforce, Trello, Zendesk, and Jira
