Job Summary

- Guide customers in maximizing their business value through the ServiceTitan platform and manage complex customer situations
- Utilize data to track success metrics, proactively engage with customers, and facilitate effective resolutions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer-facing roles, such as customer success or account management
- Experience in product training and a strong understanding of customer value and ROI
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Project management skills and experience are a plus
- Empathetic with a customer-focused approach
