Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client accounts
  • Own the entire post-sale lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring timely contract renewals and driving retention strategies

Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing sales roles in a SaaS B2B environment

  • Experience in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret client data and business metrics for account growth
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
