Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing sales roles in a SaaS B2B environment
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships and provide value-added solutions
- Experience in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills to interpret client data and business metrics for account growth
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
