Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client accounts
- Own the entire post-sale lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring timely contract renewals and driving retention strategies
- Identify and execute on upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on clients' business needs
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing sales roles in a SaaS B2B environment
- Demonstrated ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and provide value-added solutions
- Success in identifying revenue growth opportunities through customer relationships
- Strong analytical skills to interpret client data and business metrics
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
