Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client accounts
  • Own the entire post-sale lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring timely contract renewals and driving retention strategies
  • Identify and execute on upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on clients' business needs
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing sales roles in a SaaS B2B environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and provide value-added solutions
  • Success in identifying revenue growth opportunities through customer relationships
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret client data and business metrics
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
