Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer engagement and retention through effective platform adoption and satisfaction strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate project planning and implementation for new customers while ensuring existing customers maximize platform usage
- Manage customer escalations and proactively identify risks to ensure high retention rates
- Promote additional use cases for the platform by aligning with customers' strategic goals and leveraging industry insights
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer success or account management within the software industry
- Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) or related technologies
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing enterprise software accounts
- Familiarity with various deployment models (SaaS, IaaS, on-premise)
