Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate project planning and implementation for new customers while ensuring existing customers maximize platform usage
  • Manage customer escalations and proactively identify risks to ensure high retention rates

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer success or account management within the software industry

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise software accounts
  • Familiarity with various deployment models (SaaS, IaaS, on-premise)
