Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with the IoT platform
- Compose joint success plans with customers, outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines
- Conduct workshops to understand current operations and recommend workflow changes for optimal product use
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or strategic consulting, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
- Experience supporting or working with technical products
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
- Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
- Proven track record of building trust and effective communication with various stakeholders
